The degree dissertation "Staffellaeufer" (engl. relay runner) is an imagefilm on behalf of the IG Metall Wolfsburg, the trade-union of Volkswagens headquarter in Wolfsburg. As an event-teaser, the film was made to advertise for better cooperation, encouragement and responsibility within the functionarys, multipliers and the union workplace representatives. A group work with Janine Rattermann.
